Delivery and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs
If an item is undelivered (the post man left you a leaflet), you can find it at your local post office. If you don’t pick it up, the item should return to us and you will have to pay postage charges again to have it resent.
If an item is lost or faulty you have two options: request a replacement or a full refund.
All our products are brand new and are packaged with care.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. You will have to pay to send the item back.
All items must be returned to us with their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except when a product is being returned as faulty).
